All staff are very caring and understand how important pets are. Honest consultations but with care are appreciated which is also what I received. The staff are always trying to do their best for the owner and pet.

As always excellent service Lukasz is so caring and takes time make your pet feel happy and comfortable with the environment he explains things very well and takes his time we never feel rushed at our appointment he is an excellent vet and a credit to Medivet

App 9am Tuesday 14th April Brigg
I was really anxious prior to my appointment. I have a 14month old highly reactive red fox lab . I visited a couple of times in the days prior to familiarise him.
The appointment couldn’t have gone better . I wish I knew the vet’s name . He was very patient and friendly. He knew exactly how to handle him, fussed him, calmed him down and he had his annual jab no problem . Very grateful.
