I have two cats, and the waiting area not only had pet calming plug-ins but also lots of blankets with calming sprays really made a difference. Both Claire and Sarah are always friendly and caring not only to my cats but to others as well is very reassuring. Recently, I had to take one of my cats directly to the Dartfort 24hr hospital out of hours with an overnight stay. When it come to enquiring and asking for assistance on insurance, that branch flat out refuse to assist and was quite dismissive. Luckily, Claire at Chafford Hundred branch was willing to assist even though it had nothing to do with them, which is a testament to the team at Chafford Hundred!

This veterinary practice at Chafford hundred in my opinion is second to none, extremely friendly staff, treatment and caring for my dog by the vet himself was first class, would strongly recommend this surgery.

A bit of misunderstanding and a bit of dissatisfaction, and a bit of non-seriousness. On the day of the dog's vaccination, I called to ask if I could postpone the dog's vaccination by 1 day. I asked, and he said it was possible. After a few hours, - they called that the dog's vaccination was canceled for the day when I asked them if they could postpone it 1 day later. I asked, they could say that I can't. Then I asked them, ok I will come in the evening when I I had a booking booked. They told me it was canceled. It's not done like that, either they are not professional in booking, or they wanted to laugh at me. I said clearly, if I can't postpone the vaccination day by one day of my dog, to make a booking for me.. I have never experienced ANYTHING like this. But he was a very very professional and friendly doctor with my dog. A doctor I give him a 10. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but a true professional.

Great local practice, so pleased with the support and service obtained. Have been using them now since 2014.
