The vet was extremely supportive and encouraging with the very poorly cat we found in our garden this week. Several medical issues but no pressure to have any unnecessary treatments or medications. The vet went out of his way to help and unlike other vets we have used we felt the care was pet driven rather than target driven. We will definitely come back

Staff were very friendly , my cat was very stressed when I went to pick her up . This was due to having tests done and not due to anything the staff had done . The only down side is that you have to pay up front before they will start treatment . I have insurance and have now got a large bill on my credit card until it can be claimed by the practice .

Lindsey and all the staff at Medivet Cheshunt has always been friendly and professional. The care they have taken to my dogs over the year have been exceptional. I would never take my dog anywhere else.

Been using the Cheshunt branch for about 6 months. I've found the staff to be very welcoming and have done their best to put my dog at ease. They even made a huge fuss of him when we had to visit on his birthday.
Lindsay the vet is amazing. I feel like he really cares about my boy and spends time to give him a fuss and to take the time to explain things to me especially seeing us through his double elbow dysplacia surgery.

The vet is always friendly making us feel reassured and relaxed.
