I hadn’t had the best experiences with some of the vets at this clinic however I recently had an appointment with Mr Lindsay Thomas that was incredible. I can get very anxious taking my cats to the vets but he sat through and explained everything to me and made sure my cat was comfortable throughout. He was very thorough and listened to everything I told him and even arranged to see my cat again so he could see her journey. Truly had my cats best interests at heart and will 100% be asking for him for my next appointment.

The reception staff are lovely, but the practice needs a rethink ,profits over care . Money, money is all they care about , they would uthanize my healthy dog if i asked them. Totally disgusted and left the practice after 20 years
