Amazed by the vet's skills with the most skittish cat . No one ever before been able to deal with my Thomas alone, without a nurse holding him down , without me being scratched by my cat while trying to help them consult him. This time around Thomas got out of the carrier calmy, handled by the vet alone, sat on the scale , had the vaccine without any incidents. Best vet experience!

That stupid rude nurse in the black scrubs need to wind her attitude down and get some training in humanity. I had empathy for vetinary nurses but now I don't becsuse of that woman. I'm not going back due to the attitude, get rid of her otherwise I'm going elsewhere. The staff there are rude, unhelpful and unempathetic to financial situations. The only one that helped was a lovely nurse with gray hair who is actually empathetic to those who are struggling financially. The other nurses are trash.

Thank you for making us feel at ease when we visited you. We've recently rescued a stray cat and with very little experience of cats we were undoubtedly nervous and unsure. The receptionist made us feel at ease. She was friendly and reassuring. Additionally the vet was professional and helpful. Thank you team, we really appreciate your understanding for us nervous newbie purrents!

Absolutely appalled by the service I have received recently from this vet. I have been with medivet for over a year now but with this branch for about 8 months. The staff have EXPRESSED to me how they are underpaid and do not get breaks as if a reason to explain why they hardly care about the animals that come in. The vet I saw had a very disinterested attitude and sounded like he did not care about my dog at all. I have felt neglected by this vet.

Sunny had a health check up which was part of her health plan .The vet knows she is a little nervous so goes slowly with her during her medicals. She comes out of the vets unnerved which makes it easier whenever we have to return.

Sadly had to say goodbye to my 16yr old dog and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. The vet and receptionist staff were so compassionate and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye.
