Not my first time visiting this vet but i am beyond satisfied with the service that i received from all the staffs that were in this morning. Thanks to friendly Dr. Albert, Heather the sweet receptionist (hopefully i spell her name right) and the guy nurse that politely assisted me and Tabby. Never seen their faces before, but will be very happy to see them again in my next appointment. Btw they made a new look for their interior design.

not open about pricing - random things charged to my insurance without my knowledge or agreement

Was told to drop off a urine sample for my cat, when I arrived the building was empty except for builders. Google Maps still shows as open, hence my visit. Not happy as the sample is now redundant and needs to be chucked away.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt the need to for this practice! The vet and receptionists are so friendly and you can tell they actually care and love what they do! They were also so good with my dog who can be quite nervous. A big thank you again, so glad I've found this practice as I know my dog will be in great hands whenever he needs them.

Staff are really friendly and always have a positive interaction with myself and my pet. They are very informed and are always happy to answer any questions I have.

I had a fantastic experience at this veterinary clinic thanks to their incredibly helpful and available receptionist on Wednesday 26th of April 2023. She assisted me on the spot when I was in desperate need.

Started coming here after my vet of 14 years badly treated my terminally ill fluff baby. Was worried about coming to a new practice but have been delighted with the support & care from Medivet in Chorlton. They really care about my lovely rescue cat Bertie, and are very knowledgeable in diagnosing & treating his conditions. The annual plan for pest treatment is a big money saver and they take care of all the paperwork for my insurance claims. Post-op care is very good too. Recommend very highly.

Edit: we are 2 months down the line and I am still yet to receive his medication. This is after paying for postage despite him being given the wrong one from the vet who was told he was allergic to this medication!!!!! Had my cat registered here since 2015 and they’ve always been great, however they keep giving him the wrong worming treatment he’s allergic to despite being reminded of this at every visit. Please be more aware of this for future. I’ve had to pay for postage for the correct treatment to be sent out.
