There seems to be a constant change in staff on reception and some of them act like they are not happy in there job
Lack of communication with the owners of there pets even when the practice is empty .
I head a conversation one of the girls were speaking to a owner on the phone I could here the women she seemed very stressed her pet dog was missing
The girl in the vets didn’t show any empathy to the women
Yes a dog as come in it’s a German shepherd
I can’t help you
Ok bye and put the phone down
She could of said to show empathy
I hope you find your dog soon
If any dogs are brought in I will ring you straight away
Just thought it was bit blunt 🤔
I check my dog in she asked only my dogs name then said nothing
I said shall we weigh him
Yes ok told me the weight
That was it
Not the vet will see you soon

So I just sat down
I just feel they are the first people you see
My dog was very nervous .

Quality of care good, but please try to start appointments on time! Almost always running at least 15 minutes late! Even at 9am first appointments - if this is because staff are dealing with emergencies then employ more staff so those assigned to clinics don't keep clients waiting! Not fair on anyone including the staff.

Found staff very helpful and keen to sort out my dog’s serious problem as we came in as an emergency. The treatment was prompt and the vet was kind. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Been coming here for years, never an issue. However, called in on Friday after work as wife had ordered wormer. Got home and they had added something else we didn’t order and don’t use. Called Monday to explain and told nothing they can do. Paid £67 for a wormer !! Have to find new vets now as refuse to spend another penny with them. Avoid !!
