I graduated from London’s Royal Veterinary College in 2006 and have worked at the practice since 2008. My clinical interests are in orthopaedic surgeries and wound management. I spend my spare time with my children. I have a cat named Keith who is the ‘boss’.

I called the practice today as I was really worried about my very small dog, and the receptionist I first spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful. She reassured me and arranged for us to be seen straight away, which I really appreciated. When we arrived, the young receptionist with dark hair was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing me, which meant a lot. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she is a real credit to your practice. The male vet who treated my dog (I believe his name was Jevon, or similar) was fantastic. He was so gentle and calm with my dog, answered all of my questions, and really helped put my mind at ease as I had been very stressed. He is also a real credit to your practice. This was my first visit to this practice and I genuinely can’t fault the care we received. Thank you all for being so kind, caring, and informative , I wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed.

Took my pooch in for his 6 monthly health check today plus his vaccinations. Not usually any issues,but today the person we saw just didn't seem that interested. Normally they check everything ears,eyes, teeth gums,joints ,weight heart. Today his check consisted of weight which the lovely friendly receptionist did. Routine questions about his general health and listened to his heart .The person wasn't even aware that my pooch is on long term medication he actually told me he wasn't on anything long term,so had to correct him. This is the first time in 9 years that I have come away disappointed with an appointment. We are back in 4 weeks and I will be querying what happened on this appointment The person never introduced themselves and wasn't wearing a name badge. Very disappointed in today's visit.
