I love this Vet and very pleased I found it. I was not rushed at all and got the attention and time I needed for my pets. Reasonably priced-not like other places who wants to rip your off.Here-it is all about the Pet and not the money. My pets were so relaxed during the visit-I was pleased to see. Our vet Rosie was very knowledgeable and caring-she is the best ever and trully loves animals. Thank you so much! X

I had a very good experience, the staff was very friendly, the vet was nice and explained to me everything i needed to know about my kitten. Found answers to all my questions and i am happy i chose Medivet. Tottally recomend to everyone in need of a good vet.

My cat was loose in my car when I arrived at vets after fighting / refusing to go in cat basket at home . Never had this experience with her before with her hissing and biting . The vet and receptionist came out with their own cage and after managing to wrap cat in a towel managed to put in their cage safely and into vets . I was so concerned about my traumatised cat but the vet was so helpful and calm for her checkup . She was absolutely fine when I got her home . What great service - such lovely ladies . Thank you

I really didn’t want to write this as there are some lovely staff here: but on the unfortunate event that I had to put my poor cat that I’d had for 14 years to sleep. It was not planned and I was on my own, took him in as by the time they could see him he was unresponsive, they said there was no other option. Afterwards, I was sobbing my heart out and the vet handed me my deceased cat carefully wrapped and sent me on my way with the receptionist smiling saying ‘ahh you ok’ then smiling friendly saying that will be £104 please. Then I am unsure how the hell I drove home! The care of the experience when he was put to sleep I don’t have any issue with, it was the aftercare. No concern for me after the awful event and no question of ‘are you on your own?, do you need anyone? I was in shock and when I think back I couldn’t even see when I was driving through the tears! And when the receptionist said ‘ahh you ok’ and then asked for me to pay!!! not one I’m sorry for your loss or do you need anything is absolutely disgusting. I will not be taking another pet here and I hope anyone else that has to go through this has a better experience than me. It added to the traumatic event that they just did it and chucked me out.

My dog had bad ear infection ,other vets gave me ointments but kept returning all the time went to medivet and straight away new ointment worked said other stuff did not treat the infection he had so keep on going back to this practice seem to really care and have better understanding about my dog which larger places lack caring side especially.
