Vet great but other staff didn't seem that bothered as to whether I continued my 15+ years as a client of the practice. I ran a bit late as couldn't find my cat - called to explain, then called again to say on my way- but therefore late for appointment. Said I'd be happy to wait etc, got seen quickly anyway but really made to feel like they'd done me a huge favour. Situation could have been managed in a much nicer way. When staff answer phone they don't even say their name, which to me shows they don't want to include any kind of personal touch. "Front of house" staff member who has kept us with medivet currently on mat leave, I'll not be registering my new pet with medivet & will be moving current ones when their health plan expires.

The vet was so kind and gentle with my puss cats. Our appointment was a little late but that was because the vet had been busy overnight and so my appointment was altered. It was great that my appointment stayed on the same day.

Practice Accreditations
However, when I attended four consultations across your two branches within two weeks, my dog was diagnosed with different condition, and the treatment provided were incorrect.
As a result of these misdiagnoses and inappropriate treatments, I have incurred significant and unnecessary financial costs.
This situation has caused serious concern regarding the standard of care and the accuracy of the diagnoses given.
