I regularly attend this medivet practice, as an anxious/ first- time cat owner the staff are always so reassuring and happy to answer any questions I may have. The staff are friendly, professional and welcoming! I must also emphasise how kind the regular receptionist is, she is polite and always makes me and my cat feel welcome and is happy to help me with any enquiries. I have attended another Medivet practice closer to home however the care at the Crouch end practice has set the standard of care so high, I travel the extra 20 minutes just to attend this fantastic practice!

Been with them for the past 12 years with my cat Poppy. Unfortunately due to some health issues I lost Poppy this past month. The team has been very supportive and Lionel has been exceptionally great with the whole process through the years and especially during this difficult time. I do highly recommend this practice.

An overall excellent experience. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and caring, making it easy to feel comfortable and confident in their care. Special mention goes to Lionel, who is a fantastic vet. The only downside is the increasingly high prices for the medicines, which can be a bit of a strain. Despite this, the quality of care provided makes it worth considering. I highly recommend Medivet Crouch End for anyone seeking top-notch veterinary services.

I’ve recently visited Medivet Crouch End with my dog Rakka who is quite a challenging dog to work with. Dr Lionel and Ms Martha did a fantastic job and they went above and beyond making sure he got the right care. Highly recommend Medivet Crouch End. Staff is super friendly and my dog is always happy to go to his appointments (even not having a clue that he will get a vaccine or something like it haha). Leonel, the veterinarian is an amazing professional and it's great to have who to trust when looking after our pets!

Vet not very friendly and cost was very high for a flea check. I was told I had to bring my cat to the surgery for a flea check which would cost £10 otherwise they wouldn't issue a repeat of her flea treatment. The total for the check plus flea treatment was £96. I don't believe that this was a reasonable cost.
