I don’t have an issue with the staff. I have a massive issue with the business franchise Medivet taking working class people for granted and putting people in upsetting circumstances where it comes to a point that they have to choose between keeping their animals but suffering serious financial ruin or surrendering their pets and then feeling guilty for it for the rest of their lives. This is what the money making vets companies have done to people who just want to have, love and give an animal a forever home.

In January our beloved Bull Terrier at 13 1//2 years old paid his last visit to his friend Lorenzo. He was helped over the Rainbow Bridge with great care and love. I should have said a heartfelt THANK YOU before this but circumstances got in the way. Lorenzo's kindness over the last 12 months has been exceptional and Bullseye loved to see him . We are missing Bullseye but also the informative and friendly chats with Lorenzo and his team. Thank you again.

We have always had great service at Medivet. The vets are so nice and thoughtful with Mimi and very reassuring, when I have questions. Thank you!! Would definitely recommend this practice.

Please read all the negative reviews because you will notice they all have a similar situation. You come out of the appointment feeling helpless. The vet is not interested in putting the time in for your animal unless it is an easy fix solution and that is usually not the case. If you have an elderly pet he really does not put the effort in to help but suggests every issue is because they are old and we should put them to sleep (mentioned by others multiple times in the reviews as well). I will say the receptionists are helpful.

I am very pleased with the doctor who treated my cat, who had been sick since October, and I have previously visited two other clinics in the Enfield area.

Update Feb 25. Continued excellence. The vet and nurses are really utterly lovely; they're caring, knowledgeable, gentle with the animals, and very patient with over anxious owners who are asking a million questions. They show what feels like genuine care for the animals' (I have two cats) health and well-being, which is really the most important thing we all want when we take out pets to the vet Vet prices in the UK and notorious, it is what it is at the moment, unless the laws change. So my focus is on the care and expertise, which I absolutely get at Medivet Enfield Great Cambridge Rd.
