Told my client to go home, because he had eaten that morning, with a grass seed in the dogs ear, give him pain killers, and to come back 2 days later. I phoned the 24hr vet on behalf of my client and luckily got him in the next morning where they removed an inch long grass seed that had perforated his ear drum. If that wasn't bad enough, they are refusing to respond to mine and my clients emails from over a week ago despite addressing them to the head vet!!!

At present only locum vets and I wasn't very happy with the health check on my cat- not very thorough. However I'm told a permanent vet should be in place around July. Very little choice around Ashtead/Epsom as all independent vets are now Medivet.

Medivet Epsom are an amazing vets practice. They have gone out of their way for my cats over the years, and their patience, knowledge and care is exceptional. I owe them a debt of gratitude for how they were there for me and one of my cats who developed FeLV. It was during covid, and after everything possible had been done, it was time to put her to sleep, and they so kindly came and did a home visit for us, which was exceptionally kind and above and beyond.

Took my Dog to be spayed. The staff are very friendly and reassuring, explained the whole procedure and aftercare very clearly. Definitely recommend them.
