My puppy needed an emergency appointment after swallowing something toxic. This was arranged and attended within 10 minutes. She received amazing care from friendly knowledgeable and compassionate staff, and not only came through the experience in good health, but wagged her tail and entered the surgery happy and willing on her next visit!

I had an appointment at this surgery as I wantd to see Veteenary surgeon Ejez who also works at Pound Lane Surgery. As always the staff were excellent, only difficulty is parking close by for this Surgery.

I needed to make an appointment with Ejez at the Pound lane Practce but he was at another practicee lose by on the day I wanted to go. I was immediately this as an alternativ which was great as I wanted to see Ejez. Nothin was too much trouble ans the reception staff as well as Ejez are always accommodating, cannot fault the service and how they care for my cat!

I have been impressed so far with the advice and service - the vet called me despite being late at night with initial blood results and also took time to answer multiple questions which was appreciated

The vet on duty on Friday at Fir Tree Road went more than the extra mile as called me back about 9 pm with initial blood results for my cat - much appreciated
