I was shocked by the price of the medication and consultation but the staff and receptionist were professional and friendly

The team are exceptional and consistently treat my pet with genuine care, dignity, and respect. Rodi, the vet, is a calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring presence at every visit. The practice is modest and would benefit from a thoughtful refresh for both clients and staff through. With some investment in the space and facilities, the environment could truly match the high standard of care already being delivered.

Rodi and the team are amazing and they really treat my pet well. I am confident in my pet's health and welfare in the team's care. Rodi has been stalwart and reassuring in all my interactions with him and gives sound and considered advice in a calm manner which is a strong positive when pet parents might be making emotional decisions.
I do feel that the practice itself could benefit from a refresh and some updated accomodation facilities for pets while whey are admitted. The area in the back is way too cramped.

The team at the both practices are always friendly and I feel my cat is well cared for when I have had to leave her there for a procedure.
The only thing is it's very expensive but this a management issue, the staff and vets are always lovely
