The practice should be open until 7 but no one is answering the phone at 5:30, a message says they are closed. My cat got attacked by another animal as is clearly not well. Out joice would have been to use the practice but instead have to pay for emergency care somewhere else.

Very transactional. A new vet every other month. Also apparently our dog was due his vaccines since last September and they never told us (they claim they “sent an email” we never received but they never followed up, even though we’ve been in multiple times since then to collect flea/worming treatment). Not good.

Good but they lack communication and forget reminders… I like Medivet but I was very disappointed when I noticed my subscription went up to £14.50 plus they didn’t remind me of the antiflea deadline for my cat. If I have to remember my appointments what is the point in having the subscription with them? It’s the second time they are giving me an appointment with nurses instead of the doctor because they forgot my deadline. Obviously something is wrong with their system and it should be improved. Also, I’d like to be informed if they increase prices because I may not be ok with that and decide to cancel my subscription with them because I wasn’t informed and they took the money without telling me there was an increase in price.

We have been bringing Nala (cat) here for 6 years & Maggie (dog) for 3 years & always been very pleased with the care & service provided. However, this was the first time that Saskia (vet) had seen either. She was very thorough, but gentle, with both during their 6-monthly health checks, and willing to answer any questions. Clare (nurse/receptionist) was also very welcoming & helpful. Very pleased again with the care and service provided.

Took my Yorkshire terrier to this veterinary for a check up and also nail clipping was called into the veterinary room the vet checked my Yorkshire terrier and l asked for my Yorkshire terrier to have its nails clippied and l was very surprised when the vet told me to wait outside as l waiting outside my Yorkshire terrier started to bark and l knocked on the door to enter so my terrier will clam down if I'm next to him but l was rudely asked to go out and shut the door l found this to be very unprofessional so therefore one star.

Emailed one week ago to have a check up for my puppy requesting rate and never received a reply. Taking my puppy elsewhere. Seems that all the business in East Finchley/Fortis are rubbish. never reply to the phone, replies to email 1 month after original email. What a joke!
