It’s expensive - prices go up every month recently for same treatment which is annoying. Service is lovely & friendly which is why I stay & familiarity but I am considering my options as I don’t like price hikes on same product

I waited 30 minutes for my appointment to start. When it did, the vet seemed unwilling to vaccinate my cat, who showed some signs of distress, without support from a nurse.. My cat is usually pretty placid and accommodating. I can only imagine that being kept in her carrier for nearly an hour including journey time had left her quite stressed. It also meant that other things I had hoped could be done at the same time like the flea and worm treatment and claws being clipped were not able to be attempted by the vet so I will have to return which is not easy for me to do. Previously vaccinations and flea and worm treatments have been given together and my cat has shown no signs of distress during the appointment. If appointments are running that late it would be useful to know in advance.

We just wanted to review to express our gratitude for the recent care you provided to our dog Buster. We were very happy with the pre and post op care he underwent, we felt the vets and staff are caring and informative. We were pleased with the smooth-running process in booking the necessary operation - the ladies on reception were friendly and we also want to shout out Lisa for her help in going through the insurance process with us and helping us understand this, during a very stressful time.

We think so highly of our vet practice, from the wonderful vets, techs, nurses, and reception staff. We always feel looked after and our dog and cat are always treated like royalty thank you

We've experienced a couple of times that male vets had strong body odour. We can deal with that if our pets get the very best care, so it's not a huge problem. Please inform all staff to help make the experience more pleasant during what is often a distressing time for owners.
