Seems everyone is scared of leaving a bad review! Perhaps in case their pet gets bad treatment from this surgery in the future? As a concerned dog parent, I made an email enquiry about their xray procedure and the reply was bordering on rude. I was even told by Beth to direct any questions to the PDSA and take my dog there. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. I have just read some other 1 star reviews where people have been told to not to use Medivet Gravesend again. Perhaps they have an excess of money, or simply don't like anyone who asks too much of them? There are plenty of vets in the area - think twice before you choose this one please!

Always receive excellent advice and service. All staff, from the front desk to the vets room are kind and caring, and put the needs of the pets first.

My dog is a rescue the vets take good care of his sensitive issues which put me at ease especially when due to Covid I was unable to go in with him

As I'm not medically trained I wasn't contacted to ask "why is he here" so the time was used doing something else than what was planned. The personal touch has gone, and I've been using this practice for 14 years. Will try to avoid now. Very displeased , and the complaints procedure was requested but not forthcoming!!

Despite the restrictions with Coronavirus, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Even more so than other times. Both staff I dealt with were both kind and professional as well as the poor lady on shift who answered the phone at 5:00am when I had to call. EDIT:- For clarification this was Medivet Gravesend, NOT Medivet Carterton wherever that is & review was in 2021
