Customers BEWARE This 1 star review is based on the fact I received an overpriced parking ticket of £100 upon visiting the vet surgery. There are no visible signs when you drive into the restricted area letting customers know they cannot use/or park in the (shared) private grounds which the vets is located on. I'm advised by the vet secretary that there no signs outside the building but the vets put up signs in the vet office which is not appropriate for first time users of the surgery!!!? I was not advised about possible PCN or was I instructed not to park outside the vets office. There are no warning signs meaning the doctor surgery & the private enforcement company are making a small fortune. This is common practice & mentioned in the Bedford press as the public brought this matter to their attention. I'm told today by Vets that this is a common occurrence and that many customers are receiving £100 fines for parking on property which appears to be attached to the entire building, which accommodates a doctor surgery, vets & chemist. The vet should be more proactive in ensuring its customers are not fined for turning up to an appointment. I was told there was no one to complain too & you can't speak with management who should act as mediators in these circumstances or request directors spend money on an appropriate signage to prevent unreasonable parking fines.

Practice staff are all caring and treat my pet with care she is very nervous and they adapt the way they examine her to try to reduce her anxiety level- superb service

DO NOT USE.SCAM ALERT!! They try and scam people with the pet plan. They gave us a below par service. When we complained George the owner avoided all of my calls so I had to send a complaint in writing to which they did not respond. We spoke to utterly useless Rosie who was incapable of understanding basic information. Our final complaint did not get responded too. 6 MONTHS LATER they send through a threatening letter saying demanding money or they will send to a debt collector. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT USE MEDIVET GREAT DENHAM. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!! They tried to charge us money that we did not owe. We made a complaint that they ignored and then after not hearing anything from them in 6 months they send through a threatening letter claiming they are sending a debt of £75 to the debt collectors and other charges will apply. BIG SCAM stay away from them

I highly recommend Medivet Great Denham. All the vets are fab. They can't do more for you, so thoughtful and kind. First class service and care always for your pets. My Nala has been seen alot in her life already, being a mischievous Dalmatian. She really loves everyone there ♡

A slight lack of available appointments but me experience of the practice mord than made up for this. Extremely helpful and friendly vet who my cats loved. A new experience for them and myself

I’d absolutely recommend Medivet Great Denham. All the vets we’ve seen, Gus, Jorge, Danielle and the vet nurses and reception have always been amazing. Our 2 boys are always very well looked after. Thank you GD team ❤️
