I had the worst experience ever in that practice. I took my dog to clean her teeth. After few hours I received a phone call from them saying that they will need to remove 6 teeth. I didn't agree and the receptionist apparently run to the vet to tell him my answer. She came back on the phone telling me that they have done it already. I was very angry. I went there to pick my dog up and the receptionist asked me to pay first.I paid.Than I was called inside and a very arrogant lady told me that it's normal and that she will be ok dispate the fact that I didn't agree with that procedure. They charged me 500£.I will take this further as I don't think it's normal. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! BUTCHERS! no emphaty at all... Just to take your money.

I have 2 rescue cats that have routine visits. I have found the practice to be helpful, pleasant, extremely kind and caring towards the fur babies who are 12 years young 😁🤗😺😸. Always great with advice and go the xtra mile 👍🏾

Lovely and clean the staff was so lovely and kind the vet was very carering to my 14 year old cat I would recommend the vets to anyone who needs to find a vets that don't charge to much

You can always rely on this practice, the staff are wonderful. I know my pet is in safe hands. They always put you and your pet first. They're rushed of their feet but your pet is always treated as if they're the only one there. Great practice, great team

I have been taking my dog to Medivet Hayes for nearly 5 years since we got her as a puppy. The service has always been great from reception staff to the regular vet we see (Tahir). They are caring & compassionate with my dog as she gets a little anxious. Tahir is very knowledgeable & thorough and last year assisted us through the before & after care for an operation my dog needed. I would definitely recommend Medivet Hayes to anyone looking for a caring practice!
