The only thing I would like to add is that Dr Ligia is truly the right person in the right place.
For the first time, when leaving your clinic with my little dog, I felt genuinely cared for and treated with kindness. A lot of time was spent talking with me, explaining everything, and carefully analysing the situation. Even though I already know quite a lot myself, listening to the doctor was a pleasure because she spoke with such understanding, patience, and professionalism.
She is an incredibly empathetic person and simply a wonderful human being. For the first time, I truly felt that someone genuinely wanted to help both me and my dog, rather than just quickly getting through another appointment and moving on, as unfortunately had sometimes happened before.
The appointment was not short at all — a great deal of time was dedicated to us — and I am truly grateful for that. To this day, I still appreciate the time Dr Liga spent with my dog and the way she spoke to us. Thank you once again.

We arrived at the vet on a hot day. The cat received cooling packs in the waiting room. The appointment was 15 minutes early. There was air conditioning. We were given all the information and medications. It was our first visit, and we're happy.
