Richard and the staff at Medivet Hinckley were so understanding and considerate when I brought my dog Tilly in to be put to sleep, it's the most heart breaking thing and they made every effort to make it as compassionate and dignified as possible, they were lovely and gave me the space and time to say my last goodbyes and express my emotions freely and unrushed. It was a tough experience as anyone knows who has been in this position, the staff made it easier for me with their kindness. Thank you so much, Andy Judge

Great vets as long as you book with Geraldine Young, if not they are expensive for the care that you get

I am very confident that my dog Roo is being cared for in the best way. She’s only a little dog and the Nurse could see she was a bit frightened so kindly picked her up and cuddled her to take her into the back, rather than making her walk on the floor on the lead (where she slips and slides and gets more stressed out!) It’s little gestures like this when you know that they care. In addition the vet Geraldine has been wonderful - she’s clearly an expert and very knowledgable. Appointments have always felt worthwhile and not rushed. Even other people bringing their animals to the vets have been friendly in the waiting area! Would wholeheartedly recommend :)

Elena, has just been amazing!! The team here at Fairfield are all fantastic and worked so hard to help my cat get better. I really thought I was going to lose her at one point and I was so scared. You only have to sit at reception for 10mins to see how busy yet professional they all are,kind and friendly. The team at Roston drive saw Pawz for a quick check where the vet here helped me feel at ease. Keep up the fantastic work, you all do everyday! Thank you so much from Pawz and family
