Highly recommend - I’ve been a customer since I got my cats over two years ago. The vets are so lovely and I’ve had such a good experience here in general. They saved one of my cat’s lives when he was a kitten and really helped us through it. Can’t thank them enough.

After an examination of my 17 years old cat and being told that i need various scans totalling over £2k - i decided to opt out after paying £600 for my cats overnight stay and decided the kindest thing would be to put her to sleep. During this procedure the vet took her away to insert a painful catheter just to bring her back and then administer the final injection-which in all my years of having cats-never has it EVER taken more than a few seconds and this time it took well over 2 minutes during which my cat appeared to be in severe distress& pain. To compound this trauma the vet kept picking up his stethoscope to check she was gone. Seriously; the worst money grabbing vets I could ever have come across and one that made my cat suffer unnecessarily. I have NO IDEA WHY PEOPLE WOULD RATE THIS PLACE ACCEPTABLE LET ALONE GOOD. I have MASSIVE guilt in taking my cat here last year and almost a year on-iv only just now been able to talk about it. Don’t you dare leave me your details and ask me to amend or discuss my review - i know for a fact that you do this kind of thing as standard. This is staying up to serve as a warning to others. Squeezing £ out of pet owners is your only speciality.

Our recent experience with the Medivet Hornsey has been disappointing. First of all the advise we received was not accurate. Our pet was at the end of his life 3 / 4 days left to live and they couldn’t give the right advise . Which caused our cat to have a stressful last few days taking him to Kensington for an ultrasound and was told he was not going to make it. Whilst in Hornsey vet we started a treatment a day before so that was also unnecessary and stressful for our cat. They need more experienced vets . And admin… taking forever to do the insurance. Not doing a great job with admin either so they need to really review their services
