Honestly never again I took a 3 week old kitten was told to leave it how it is and in the future he’s arm would just be amputated it was quick and dismissive appointment nothing was tried or recommend to Evan try save the arm

This is a response from their staff after articulating that I was misquoted a cost on the phone compared to the document they sent. Hello, We charged you £14.52, as stated in the first letter. Feel free to do as you wish. Take care, Medivet Kentish Town Couple that with Vets not pitching up to appointments and then sending text messages saying that I missed the appointment - laughable they are in business.

Absolutely awful!!! Not only is the vets extremely overpriced but on THREE separate occasions, the fees have not been disclosed prior to the services beginning meaning you are forced to spend a ridiculous amount of money. They send you countless emails about how important regular health checks are with no mention of the cost ANYWHERE. You book said appointment and still, no mention of the cost, you attend the appointment and are only informed at the end of the “consultation” that they will be charging you £66 for this! £66 for what I don’t know! Absolute rip off, for reference, I was also charged over £230 to spay and microchip my cat.

Kentish Town Medivet is the worst vets I've ever experienced. Just in for the money with rude receptionists unprofessional vets, who can't even tell the sex of a cat until its ready for castration. Avoid at all costs if you love your pet and don't want to pay through your nose for unprofessional services. That's coming from someone who loves their pets and pay everything I have to help them i would even go in to debt for them.. Please don't use this awful place. So sad a decent vet is no-longer there. Oh if you pay via direct debit each year the money you have paid disappears so you won't receive the treatments payed and goes into another year's contract automatically. Absolutely disgusting.

Booked an appointment here for my new puppy. Turned up and they had messed up the dates. Their fault not mine. Mistakes happen, but they were totally unapologetic, almost rude. No effort to fit us in or find an alternative date. Can't comment on the quality of the vets, but based on the receptionist I'm finding another vet.

Our first visit with our new puppy.A different experience under Covid restrictions but the vet was very helpful and explained every process to us and discussed the best options of the pet plan for our pup, very friendly and helpful. I had a phone call an hour before to check that our pup was well and that we were aware of the restrictions. The receptionist was also very helpful and polite and my puppy seem to be ok with the visit. A good online and face to face experience. All members of staff were professional and experienced and provided some good advice, especially for teething puppies.

AVOID. My cat is very sick I explained this to the vet the receptionist (he) showed no compassion what so ever he was rushing to get off the phone and did not give me any appointment and this was a serious emergency which left my cat suffering further as we had to get to another vet ASAP. MEDI VET DID NOT HELP. HE - THE RECEPTIONIST TURNED US AWAY AND SO DID THE VET NURSE ACCORDING TO HIM. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL PET OWNERS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE GUARANTEED THERE ARE BETTER VETS IN YOUR AREA . DONT USE THIS ONE I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS DUMP I WOULD NEVER LEAVE MY PET IN THERE COMPANY

We’ve had good service for various pets over long years and would recommend. We largely remain loyal to the practice due to the superb Vet Tracey Flack, always making sure she will be available for appointments we book.

Despite the prices being astronmical, I used to be satisfied with this Vet. However I left feeling distured by the tone of a coversation I witnessed between the Receptionist and another staff member. They were discussing an operation on another Pet, in which they were being insensitive and disparaging. It's a shame, because by contrast the Vet was very kind, helpful and patient. I now feel very uneasy about having any surgery performed here, if either of those Reception staff are involved in my Pets care.
