I would give -1000 stars if possible, please don't take your babies to this place as they do not care about our per babies. Everytime I walked in with our poor dog which is very ill,she has diabetes, there was a different doctor each time, once there was a lady which didn't have any clue of what she was doing or how to hold the dog for consultation, then another gentleman same, could hold her to put the muzzle, I had to put it myself. Only one time there was an asian young man which said he came in temporarily from US, he seemed to know how to treat a dog and seemed like he had more experience as a vet. Reception lady very nice but if you're not careful they will charge you twice for consultation. I had consultation in the morning to monitor glucose levels and they told me to come back in 4 hours, when I came back they they tried to charge me again £67 for consultation which was paid one day before online I had her check twice because she was strongly convinced I didn't pay. They asked to repeat urine tests which is £200 once to confirm the dog has diabetis and again to confirm urine infection and find proper medication. Blood test and urine test together £200 but urine test separate £200 , make it make sense. They are only after money they don't care about our babies.

The team have been amazing since we started bringing our little kitten to them. Everyone has been so helpful and open, Emily has been more than amazing and supportive with even the littlest of things which we are so grateful for.
