Horrifying Experiences at Kingsbury and Hendon Medivet. I have had multiple distressing experiences with Medivet, specifically at the Kingsbury and Hendon branches, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from enduring the same. One of the first visits to Kingsbury Medivet was traumatic. My pet had been attacked, and while being shaved around the injury in the back, he was nicked by the razor. To make matters worse, I heard the vet screaming at him, likely because he had scratched her. This left my pet absolutely terrified and deeply traumatized. When we came back to the same female vet to remove the stitches his ears were back and his tail was between his legs. Hoping for better care, I took him to Hendon Medivet for an unknown infection. Instead of proper treatment, they shaved him like a poodle, performed unnecessary scans, and gave him ibuprofen, then sent him home still sick without any antibiotics and the bill of nearly £2000. Fortunately, I had leftover antibiotics from the previous vet visit, which I used to treat him myself. This morning at Kingsbury Medivet, I faced another upsetting incident. Admittedly, I did not realize that a routine appointment booked online could not be fulfilled in person as a consultation, and I was a few minutes late because my Uber driver refused to take us. However, the complete lack of empathy for my sick animal was unbearable. Despite their willingness to charge exorbitant fees for any appointment, the rudeness and coldness from the staff were so overwhelming that I left in tears. Considering there were no other clients present, it is baffling why they could not spare a moment to check on my pet before his travels. I will never return to Medivet at any branch. The consistent lack of professionalism and compassion has left me deeply disappointed and concerned for any pet owner seeking care from them.

This practice is a real gem. Words cannot describe the feeling I felt having received such wonderful treatment. Indeed, if you and your pet want to feel pampered this is the place to go. Chris on reception and Dr Amrit the vet are the duo I never knew I needed. They were both exceptionally polite, warm and above else clearly care about animals (and the owners too). Fantastic advice from both and extremely knowledgeable, personable and funny even on a Friday morning. They are compassionate about animals and take your pets welfare extremely seriously and provide the customer with the exact amount of information they require so effortlessly. If I don’t see more of the fab duo I’d be so disappointed. Fantastic customer service which any person or pet would be delighted to receive. You are both setting the standard and I am so glad I bought my pet here to this branch. Thank you again!

The best professional vet in London was above and beyond my expectations very clean waiting area the receptionist Chris was very welcoming and very helpful answering all’s my questions as well saule the vet dr.Hinnah who took great professional care of my dog she’s very knowledgeable in her job very informative answering all’s my questions she’s was very caring towards my dog and advise me the best care for my dog. keep it up the good job .thank you for your great care and 5 stars customer service.

Staff are friendly, but they need to get the vet bill correct as I was nearly charged for precedure that hadn't been done! It would be nice to have the receipt with price for every item being charged.

Took in a stray cat to be neutered after Cat Protection provided me with a voucher. The care has been great, all the staff were friendly and obviously care for the animals. The surgery and post operation visits were very smooth and informative. I'm really happy I have found this place! Thank you for everything!

Very friendly practice - reception staff are very welcoming and the practice is always clean and a nice place to visit. The vets are all nice, and take time to listen to any concerns you have. Have recommended them to family as they are so good

This place is full of lovely people who really care about the welfare of animals. I go here for all my sausage related cat issues
