The service was, as always, friendly and attentive. However, Kingsbury Medivet has had so many staff changes, shorter hours at times meaning longer wait times and lack of consistency are very disappointing. I used to have faith in Kingsbury, almost as part of the family, with staff who knew and understood me and my pets' needs but I have not seen the same vet or nurse twice on consecutive visits for a year or more now. Now I hear that the only remaining constant, Chris, who my dog knows and trusts, is moving to Hendon. Hendon is an awful place to get in and out of. It is dangerously near to a very fast road and I am always terrified that my dog my ppanic and run into the traffic. The entrance is difficult and the waiting room a nightmare. Please sort out a regular and relaible team for Kingsbury asap.

I brought my tuxedo cat, Pawzy, in yesterday for a check-up and the nurse ther were as efficient as ever, despite the heatwave conditions! Pawzy was very calm under her hands as he was having his teeth assessed. This is very unusual as he’s always trying to escape any form of investigation! I also want to mention Chris at reception who always makes me feel welcome when I turn up as I’m a CatMum who has walking and carrying problems and so my pace is slow.The hospitality I receive there is very warming to the heart. Thank you.

Chris is always so efficient and helpful and always has a smile on his face, you can genuinely tell he cares. Also the vet I saw was very thorough and caring towards honey

Until now everything was fine - Nice and Kind nurse willing to answer and forthcoming - But this time was quite poor... Quite unsure If we were welcomed or If the nurse couldn't wait for us to be gone... On top of if, despite having booked and specified to have the medication ordered and ready to grab it and have our consultation all in one - no medication has been ordered and we have to come back.. However I haven't heard anything for you the vet again so I'm not even sure the medication has been ordered once again! I guess I'm gonna have to call...

Georgia was professional she listened to our concerns of blood found in Pablina's stools and made recommendations straight away. We had shared these concerns with the other vet in the past and this was not noted on the system we were told it was nothing to worry about. This is not the kind of miscare we were expecting from the previous vet.
