The nurse who carried out the 6 monthly check up was very thorough and explained anything she mentioned in full.

I felt that the annual check was scant compared to previous occasions but given that our cat us feisty , this may have influenced this.

My only criticism is lack of out of hours … I actually drove to the ooh’s vets which is in Shrewsbury just so I know exactly where to go incase of emergency, It’s almost 50 miles from my home which in other words if it’s a serious situation my poor dog will die. !

Brilliant service and care for my three bunnies when visiting for their annual vaccinations & health checks. Stuart was caring, attentive and thorough with them all. He took his time to check them individually, asking about their home environment, diet and lifestyle. It was lovely to hear him mention how well cared for they are on his "inspection" of them all. The are my world, so this means a lot. I arrived at the vets first thing Saturday and was immediately seen upon checking in. The service overall was excellent, Stuart was friendly and attentive to them all, and I would highly recommend the Medivet Healthcare Plan too. One of my bunnies was seen in Autumn last year due to a complicated dental problem & referred to Vets4Pets Hereford with Elliot where they treat cases of more "exotics nature" for smaller pets, as they no longer do this at Leominster. She unfortunately has ongoing dental disease and I have an upcoming medication & health check review for her; but have had also no issues at all with their care and service either - I am thankful for Leominster for providing the recommendation & refferal in such quick time upon seeing her last year so I could get her seen ASAP. See you in 6 months for the next health check, hopefully not before!

Adrian was excellent at my latest appointment for my 3 rabbits for their health checks and annual vaccinations. He took time to look over and check each of my babies one by one, asking about them, their environment at home and saying how well they are looked after upon checking them over.
Overall, I was pleased with the appointment and continue to have all three bunnies registered here, on the Medivet plan each too, as well as my one bunny who also has to go to Vets4Pets Hereford [as referred by Leominster last Autumn] due to her needing more specialist "exotics care" that isn't able to be done at Leominster anymore.
Adrian was very thorough which each of my babies and I was very pleased with how efficient the appointment was. I was also early, and seen as soon as I arrived.
