Staff are very kind and friendly. Was easy to get same day appointment. Emergency weekend staff went above and beyond, even called me back when we were cut off due to poor signal. Highly recommend this top class vet clinic.

Good seating arrangements in the waiting area. Cats one way, dogs another. Don't know what rabbits or birds do!

Great service, great staff. Easy to make appointments, always e-mail when treatments needed. Easy access to surgery. Have used this vet for years and they have always come through even in the most harrowing of (inevitable) circumstances.

I've been with this practise for over twenty years but in the past two years their prices have increased enormously and I'm finding it too expensive to stay with them. I am actively looking for a smaller practise with fairer pricing.

Kelly should not be a vet, she doesnt know what she is talking about. Having seen her twice now in the last nearly 2 years, she was wrong on both accounts. Get more training or dont bother. We will be refusing to see her again. The best vet they had was Nick, a real shame he left, hoping he opens his own vet practice.
