We are now alternating our operating hours on Saturdays with Medivet Wisbech. If you want to visit us on Saturday, please call us first. If we're closed, our phones will divert to the Wisbech branch, where you can take your pet.

Great service yesterday. We had a veterinary nurse called Kirsty (I think) looking after our little dog. They had an emergency and she coped well under pressure and still give me a great service. Very happy customer.

Have used Medivets, Long Sutton for a while now, for my cats, such a warm, welcoming Practice, very knowledgeable and caring.

I am very disappointed and concerned about your practice. My cat collapsed, her back legs completely gone and howling in pain. I rang medivet to be told they had no space at all today. I live a 3 minute walk away, but I had to drive to Sutton bridge with a howling distressed cat. Sutton bridge vets were brilliant and compassionate, they helped me carry her in and gently explained she had had an embolism and was in great pain. She was put to sleep within 15 minutes of me ringing them they recognised it was an emergency and treated it as such.
