Very expensive! Need to have the prices displayed on website/in the surgery.
A little surprised that last year I was told my cat would require dental treatment but this visit I was told her teeth were fine!

Practice Accreditations
They are very happy to book in the appointment and take the money, but in terms of quality of care they deliver they are very poor, and it ends up being a waste of money.
Their diagnostic capabilities are worse than ChatGPT. They basically just look at the pet and kind of shrug. Once I have a strong suspicion of a specific condition (using ChatGPT, of course...), they are happy to run a few test and charge me a huge amount of money for it, but I still have to chase for the test results, and then they want another appointment to discuss the results. They charge for each prescription, and will only prescribe 1-2 packs at a time for a chronic problem, and don't even dispense the drugs (I have to find an online pharmacy for the dispensing).
I will be looking for alternatives, but certainly the market is wide open for a virtual vet replacement.
