Lovely vets who we've been with for nearly 5 years now. Easy to book appointments, caring and professional vets and friendly helpful receptionists. Well worth signing up to the pet plan as well for 6 monthly checkups, vaccinations and flea & worm treatments.

Very friendly and helpful staff, always put at ease when I come here. The only issue I have is it's slightly difficult to find parking nearby!

Rude staff, not welcoming or helpful and communication is terrible. Do staff even read notes either? Repeat myself every time I go in there and it’s a real concern if a vet cannot identify a breed that is very visually obvious. It’s also clear they do not understand the breed either. In the process of finding a new vet after visiting this practice for over 25 years when it was previously Crawford’s. Deeply miss what Crawford’s was. Staff cared, staff made an effort to get to know you and your pet and make you feel welcome. It’s now the opposite. If unruly dogs come in and also bark constantly, nothing is done to assist in calming them down. You feel like you just shouldn’t be there, looked down at and spoken to like dirt on a shoe. Even when you call them, it’s not friendly and inviting. It’s a real shame but becoming a medivet has completely ruined it. Even the charges have hiked so much to ‘follow the crowd’! I think the owner needs to consider what staff they have particularly front of house. It’s also frustrating when you are hounded to collect medication and you turn up and it’s either not ready if they have to order it in. Yet they’ve asked you to come and get it and not even had it ready for collection.

Great staff who really care about the animals they look after. My kitten escaped and broke her leg last week and Medivet Mossley Hill were able to see her within hours, and managed to organise her surgery for the next day despite the normal surgeon being off. The vet (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) even rang me to see how she is doing after her surgery. Would recommend this vets.

Great service from Medivet Mossley Hill. Mums two cats Lyra and Juno have recently been neutered. Surgery staff were fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend, both cats are now fully recovered and wrestling away in the living room.
