I was supported and helped at all times by the vet and receptionist. Sue helped us with suggestions for a good puppy food. We also had help setting up the Heath club and with sorting Hari chip up. The vet helped me with giving him a health check injection and chip as he is very new to us.

Lovely personal touch , very transparent with costs, if you join their scheme you get great value flea/worm/vaccines plus discounts on consultation and treatment

I like the personal feel of a small practice even though you have many other locations. I feel the scheme you offer re: flea/worm vaccines is a good deal but I’m not sure if your quotes for treatments-plus my discount, actually work out better value than other vets. Overall very happy.

I absolutely love sue the receptionist she will do her up most best to help me and my pooch.The vet that’s there on a Tuesday is amazing too I really trust her with my dog.
