Way way too expensive. Paid £68 for the appointment, £60 for a 3min microscope check and a whopping £30 for a 5g antiseptic cream. All of the above took less then 10min and non of the costs were disclosed when making the booking or the service/treatment was offered. Very disappointed.

Joe (nurse) paid us a home visit to microchip our cat who is traumatised if confronted with a cat basket. Joe was absolutely amazing and super patiently very calmly befriended Bagheera with treats and chat until Bagheera eventually submitted to being microchipped. Joe was so gentle and calm Bagheera was amazingly not traumatised at all. Thank you so much Joe - you are a star and Bagheera truly enjoyed meeting you ????

Very friendly and professional. My cat Niamh was seen on time and the vet she saw was amazing, she explained everything carefully and made sure I knew exactly how to administer her mediation.

The team here is always lovely to us and our cats. It is relatively easy to get an appointment and we have never had any problems.

For our first visit with my partner and our pug cross, we left the practice pleased and grateful that we had moved from our previous vet. I'd like to thank Ms Nara Soenardi for being so friendly and informative. My dog is eight years old but still full of puppy energy, and she adored him and did not rush things like giving him his vaccination. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and quick to sign us up for the Medivet HC plan. 10/10 for the first visit!

My dog Rosie loves visiting the vets! So much so, I struggle to walk past without her wanting to drag me in there. She has had two dental operations in the last few years, and they have taken great care of her. Thank you to the lovely team for looking after Rosie.
