This is the first time we have joined this vet and the second appointment for our Italian Spinone puppy Martha. We were really impressed with the way we and our puppy were treated from the receptionist through to the vet. I certainly would not consider going anywhere else . Thankyou!

We’ve been three times as part if our puppy’s pet plan and I cannot fault them one bit. He loves going and they love him. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Super happy with our choice of vets for Beau.

We recently moved over to Medivet in Oakdale, what a difference to the previous Vet’s.The whole team that took care our dog recently are fantastic.very knowledgeable, professional, super friendly, helpful, kind and caring. They are the best veterinary practice I have ever taken my pets to.The whole place was very clean.They do really care about your pet. I would highly recommend them.

What an amazing team., Kate really has an amazing team around her and she is the reason we moved to the area, knowing for sure our six monsters would be cared for. Every single person at the practice has the empathy and technical skill you’d want to look after and understand your little monsters. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Medivet are lucky to have this team in their network.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to your team for the welcome we received upon joining your practice. From my first phone call enquiring, then registering over the phone and finally coming for my dog's vax appointment this afternoon, I have felt valued and been dealt with very promptly, professionally and with a friendly manner. I am a very nervous 'patient parent' due to losing my previous dog aged 5 within 5 days from IMHA and I suppose I have a bit of ptsd when visiting our previous vets. Today, your fabulous vet Frances and lovely receptionist (sorry I didn't catch her name) put me completely at ease so thank you so much. And I think my dog fell a bit in love with Frances and her treats!
