Tilly is so well cared for every time we visit. She has previously been unhappy going to the vets but she goes in happily at Medivet. All staff are welcoming and we really feel valued and that Tilly is happy in reception too.
Duncan is extremely knowledgable and offers support and best advice on every consultation. Nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t take Tilly anywhere else. Thank you Medivets!

Again Duncan and staff went above and beyond, i phoned them with a real emergency I got to take my dog straight away and staff were waiting for us, I can’t recommend these lovely caring vets enough , I would trust them with my own life,

Vet spent time explaining and dealing with our dog. Kind and gentle. Answered all our questions. Staff were lovely. I did have to wait a little longer for my appointment time but I know there may be reasons for this. Great practice!!!

I've used the Oakengates practice for all my dogs, staff are friendly and it's nice to mainly see the same people each visit. The only problem with the practice is the parking, it's very small and hard to find a place, I think they're having work done as a parking space has been blocked with construction material for a while now, this has been made worse as Oakengates is have a lot of regeneration being done so the other carparks are also at half capacity, hopefully this will soon improve.
