Absolutely amazing vet practice. My 16 month old cavapoo was involved in a traffic accident 3 months ago. We had the most outstanding treatment they pulled out all the stops to get him back on his feet. He is now well on the mend. I cannot praise the expertise and care too highly they are superb!

horrible service and treatment. felt very pressured to get my dog neutered or have boas surgery and when said he would not be getting neutered i felt judged and pressured to consider it. when i said i didnt want too i was questioned as to why, its just preference. they made me feel like i was doing something wrong by not getting him done. this was funny as the medivet shawbirch advised against getting him done, and was polite about it. my dog does not need boas. i couldnt afford the tablets but felt forced to buy them as i felt i wouldnt be allowed to leave the practice with my dog if not, considering they said they would come to my house and take my dog if i didnt bring him in. will be moving vets now how dare you threaten to come to peoples houses. disgusting ruined my christmas eve and day

Very happy with Medivets extremely competent staff and their practice centre. Polite and very helpful in explaining everything to me about my cockapoo puppy and treating her with love and care (squealed when she had her jabs but wagging her tail like a loon 2 seconds later). So glad I chose this practice rather than other options as they were everything I could hope for, for the future wellbeing of my Baby (that's her name).

Such a professional and caring practice. We have been visiting the practice with our dog, Garm, for the past five years. Garm was in palliative care for the past few months and it finally came time to say goodbye this week. The vet, Duncan was lovely, thoroughly explained the process and gave us all the time we needed to properly say goodbye to our sweet boy. I would highly recommend Medivet Oakengates and the staff who have always been caring and supportive in looking after Garm, even when it came to his final days.

Thy was grate at first when my dog was a puppy bur now all of a sudden thy changed there attitude towards me and now changing there prices on trimming her nails was £20 but now £28 but I’m paying like £18 a month thy have over five months she’s a year and two months old they’re saying that she’s not due for a last 12 month vaccination Have robbed over a £100 in my eyes but when I question them About it And yes, I got agitated They go and kick me Stella out…. So yeah this place is a joke…. Very quick to judging people in neglecting their pets, but when people like us that care for our pets, they rob us sounds about right
