I have no complaint about the vets. However as I am quite a senior citizen I do not like having to wait for sometime after my appointment time on a high window ledge as there are no seats for waiting.I am only a short little old lady and my dangling legs were very uncomfortable plus my dog wanted to sit on my lap for comfort and this was impossible. I did eventually request a chair. If people are left waiting for over 15 minutes there should be a chair without leaving people desperate enough to have to ask for one.

Dr Ana is absolutely fantastic. She saved my cat's life. My cats are the family I chose for myself. So, I am beyond grateful for her excellent care and expertise!

The staff are always so friendly and have the world of patience when it comes to the 100 questions from me regarding my fur baby. Their care, compassion and knowledge are what makes them by far, the best bunch of animal carers around.

Life is always beautiful when you have good health. For almost 4 years I have been with Cancer and I was lonely and sad. Absolutely brilliant, handled my older cats dental issues & sassyness perfectly. I switched both cats to them for primary care too!😻😻😻😻😻

Honestly, the BEST Vet I’ve had my three dogs registered in! Why is say they are the best? You name it! Super friendly staff, amazingly knowledgeable and expert vets and most of all, effective when treating my dogs AND providing preventive treatments. All other vets will let my dogs get real sick before they take action and by then it was very complicated and expensive getting them back to full health; however, since my dogs have been with The Vet in Old Isleworth, they have received prompt and effective treatments when they get unwell and at the same time, they get preventive treatments =) But do not take my words for it, register your pets with them and find for yourself! Oh, one last thing: trust them so much, that I even bought their VIP pet plan, and I’m super happy with it!
