Vet tried to offer surgery for a SIMPLE UTI. £1,600 of SURGICAL treatment that some simple oral pills fixed. Disgusting and downright dispicable after the information we proffered to the VET at the time, I think you need to review WHOM you are employing, I will most likely refer this to Veterinary standards. I have the name recorded.

Dog treats should be available inside the vet’s chamber and not just at the reception. Yes, it was the first working day after renovation but these little things matter. Also, for the first time ever, I was seen late and had to wait. Yes, just for 5 minutes. But again, every tiny niggle matters and affects the reputation.

Vet bill was very large, place needs refurbishing door keeps getting stuck, niggles but apart from that the staff were kind and friendly, the vet was extremely knowledgeable, faultless.

The vet we saw was very kind, my dog is very old and now suffering from dementia, he talked us through our options, we choose some medication to see how it goes. It's a difficult time.
