I have been a medivet client since 2024, i pay the monthly medivet direct debit, which is supposed to have certain benefits.
I had a text in July 2025 saying my dog needed his yearly vaccine, i made an appointment and attended and was told it was too early, and they would send me a new reminder. I also get the monthly flea and wormer as part of the package, which i collected following getting a reminder text.
I moved house in July 2025, still had the same mobile number and i only realised after Christmas that i had not heard from them again. I appreciate i need to take some responsibility for not following up, but previously i have received reminder to collect the flea and wormer, i had not had any communication from Medivet since July 2025. My dog has had to restart the vaccine programme and since we visited we now have the flea and wormer.
I am very disappointed in the Pinner Green Practice.
