Fantastic veterinary practice! Kind, caring and knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond. Continuity of care is something I value and Natalie has scheduled appointments so that my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels can see her for their treatment. I would wholeheartedly recommend Medivet Pinner 😊

The experience of taking our two cats to Medivet Pinner, was made easier by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were warm and welcoming to our cats and we felt reassured leaving them there. We were kept up to date and appointments went smooth and on time.

I’ve had a firm friendship with Reena for 14 years. We met through our love of animals and mastiffs. My first mastiff Sweep had been incorrectly diagnosed, Reena was quick to get this right and fixed!. Reena recommended I take out a 1 month free puppy insurance, with my new dogs after the loss of Sweep. We ended up using this when my mum called Reena out of hours to come and save my puppy who needed emergency surgery. Reena was the only vet that would take in an injured deer I had found recently, after being refused by two vet practices and two wildlife sanctuaries. Reena has told me not to call her when I find these animals but I always do and she always helps. We have just put my boy mastiff to sleep,on Reena’s honest opinion and we did this together with my family. I just rang the vets panicking that I was coming in with my dog urgently. Reena is always here for me in my time of need going above and beyond her role. Reena Patel is one of a kind, loyal, empathetic, always spot on with diagnosis, ambitious and you are very lucky if Reena is your vet. Thank you to all the team at Pinner Niki x

I have been going to Medivet Pinner Green for quite a number of years now With at least 4 of my dogs over the long years. At the moment I have a rescued dog called Lady. She will be a year this month. I wouldn't dream of taking her to any other vets as medivet Pinner Green are so friendly and good with all animals especially Rena who runs this practice. In fact all the other vets in the practice I have the highest reģard for as well. I would recommend anyone whose pet needs treatment to go to medivet Pinner Green.

Excellent vets, nurses and reception staff. Polite friendly caring and knowledgeable. Exceptional 5 star service would highly recommend. Staff at Watford hospital/ clinic also 5star. Thanks to all at theses practices for looking after our poorly cat.

A visit to the vet is like home from home. All the team are kind and generous with their time and their love for my dogs. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.
