Meet our Partner, Reena Patel
I’ve been with Medivet for 25 years since starting on reception at the Hendon clinic; I have been a member of the Pinner team for 19 amazing years. I love all aspects of my job and I have a postgraduate certificate in Surgery and Diagnostic Imaging and I also do advanced dentistry. I was also the official Blue Peter vet, an experience that I’ll never forget. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness and hanging out with my friends, family and my pets: Logan the Mastiff, and Lily the Sharpei mix.

This was my first visit to Medivet Pinner, and I had a very positive experience. Kishan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly check my little dog, Chai. He was very patient and gentle, which made a big difference,Chai was calm, comfortable, and relaxed throughout the visit. Thank you for such great care.

Kind and Considerate Vet. This lady went out of her way to sort my cat out. Even the young receptionist was very kind and helpful.

The vet promised the test results back by the end of the week. When I had heard nothing and rang I felt I was bring a nuisance. Receptionist told me vet would call me and results would be back in 3-5 days. Better to under promise and over deliver than vice versa! Meanwhile I am still nervously waiting for test results!

Next time medivet decides to remove parts of the medivet plan, maybe tell us month in advance?? I went into my appointment expecting to just walk out because I had the highest medivet plan possible and suddenly I had to pay over £200 because no customers were given notice that the medivet plan was just going to be downgraded to 3 features..
