My appointment was 20 minutes late and I didn’t find some of the staff were very helpful.
My pet needs some more treatment in a certain amount of time but they’re not sure if there will be a vet available to deliver the treatment but they’ve made the appointment anyway just in case there is one available. So fingers crossed or I don’t know what will happen until the day.
Which I don’t think is very satisfactory.

Very expensive, £50 for a less than 5 min appointment (just looked her skin) to say my pet could have a repeat prescription (which cost another £25 for peice of paper).

Professional, caring staff. Have been with them for a many years and have always been happy with the care my cat has received. The nurse who did my cats six month checkup was very patient with my cat who does not like being examined. Clean and well laid out waiting areas. Like how there are separate areas for cats and dogs.

We have been weekly for the past 3 weeks, we have seen a different vet every time and received different advice every time, with different treatment plans every time. There is no consistency in vet and treatment. I am also very disappointed that it took 3 days and £25 to sign a printed prescription- this is incredibly poor service and over priced.

I read in the notes of my pet's recent appointment that I the owner "lacked confidence" so a nurse was called to hold my dog while a temperature was taken. I felt the vet should have acted purely from a common sense point of view rather than "amateur psychology. I am actually an intelligent and self confident person with a high IQ. I came to a consultation on my pet's heath not my own health.
