Meet our Partner, Tine Van Egdom
I qualified in 2002 in South Africa and spent the next 15 years working with the country’s small and large animals. I then moved to the UK in 2015 and have worked at Medivet ever since, taking over the Portland clinic in 2018. I love sport and enjoy spending time as a busy wife and mum to three children. I have a German Shepherd called Zulka, a Border Terrier called Sam, and two cats called Ruby and Jessie.

I always find the medivet on portland excellent. As soon as you enter the vets they are helpful and caring. From the lady on the desk to the vet they always make sure my kittens are made welcome and take their time with them.

Got there early and nobody was waiting so I got seen before my allotted time. My cat absolutely hates going in his box to the vets or anywhere that’s not home. Staff were very good with him.

Always helpful and caring. All 3 of my pets use this place and I am very grateful that we have such superb veterinary care. The receptionists are also very welcoming, friendly and supportive .

The staff were fantastic when I brought my frenchie in after he'd been stung by a bee. Although I didn't have an appointment they squeezed him straight away.
