Today i had to make the call that all pet owners dread. Our 20 year old Mainecoon hadnt eaten for 3 days and just sat by the water bowl drinking. I called and they saw Alfie straight away and were so considerate and caring and helped with full disclosure re his condition. They took great care with Alfie and showed respect and great attention and care. I cant thank you enough, we did the right thing and Alfie was pts this evening with great care and respect. Huge thank you to you for your care and respect for our lovely boy. You are a brilliant vets and we really appreciated all of your support.

This vets practice is the best I've ever been too. I found it through recommendation for my rabbit, but I have had more than 5 star care for my dogs now. I can't thank Alan enough for his care & understanding. Thank you just isn't enough.

Absolutely awful experience with this vet. Only interested in upselling the practice, selling sub standard goods and maximising profit rather than genuine animal welfare being the priority. Have had 2 very poor experiences, both of which unaddressed and only wanted to ensure payment was made. They don’t call to discuss or look at issues - just want the invoice paid! Avoid avoid avoid

The best vets around. We don't live local but still bring our pooch here. He knows them and they know him!! The team really do do a great job!!!
