My Maggie was a very lucky girl at this vet practice. She was so loved and well taken care of. She had to have teeth removed and everything went perfectly. I was so anxious about her surgery so I spoke to a lot of local people and everyone recommended medivet South Ockendon. They have such an amazing team and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Eternally grateful to every single person that took care of her.

If you visit this practice, you’ll immediately see why it’s so highly rated. It’s clear how much they truly care for animals, from the way they treat them to their reasonable prices. Even calling in is a pleasant experience. I had a few questions, and they answered them kindly. At other practices, I was told to book an appointment or was made to feel dismissed, but not here. My cat had to have lots of teeth removed and the procedure went so smoothly, its been a couple days and shes doing amazing I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

Went for a follow up appointment with my cat, she has a bad mark on her face. Alex was really good with her and put me at ease that my cat was OK just needed another couple of weeks for the mark to clear up completely

Always get excellent treatment for my pets from both George Vug and Alex. All my family come to George at Medvet and have always received excellent service.

The waiting Room was not well set up for animal separation whilst waiting to be seen.(So 5 very stressed animals in the waiting area.
Appointments didn't start on time.
Reception staff were very helpful,polite and compassionate.
Vet seen wasn't as kind and approachable as reception staff.
