I used to have cats along time ago... but have recently got my first kitten for years. I'm very nervous for her especially in recent heat but both vet and receptionist were patient with all my questions and put my mind at rest that I'm doing all I can to make sure she's OK. Most importantly they were gentle with her and we got all her injections, worming etc booked in and sorted. I was very impressed and left feeling less anxious.
