I have nothing but praise for South Ockendon Medivet and the excellent treatment they offer. The moment we entered, we were met with a friendly and professional greeting. Every visit is a pleasure for us and our pets because of the team's exceptional knowledge, compassion, and attentiveness.Their offerings are extensive and outstanding, ranging from immunisations and regular checkups to more specialised treatments and procedures. Our pets receive the best care possible since every service is provided with the highest attention and competence.The commitment South Ockendon Medivet has to its patients is what really makes them stand out. Words of praise adressed to this clinic,and many thanks.It deserves more than 5 stars.The receptionist is nice and kind.The vet George is truly a professional.A calm man who loves what he does.I went with my bishon to the emergency room in Dartford,who convinced me that he had a heart disease,then to the Pdsa where 2 doctors made the same diagnosis and told me to keep him for the rest of his life and advised me to euthanize him,After a week my dog was worse fainting and was gasping for air,I found out from Dr George.Who imediately saw that it was infection in the throat that had spread.So simple for someone with experience.An hour after the injection,the heart rate was regulated and the cough decreased,we are still under treatment,but I thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving me doggie

I’m always happy with Medivet South Ockedon, it’s very easy to book an appointment and the receptionist Karen is always genuinely very nice, I really like George and Alexandra, you can tell from a mile away they’re passionate about their job as Veterinary Doctors, I consider myself very lucky to have them!

Very professional and caring vet, George was really good and most of all, he explained the reasons our pet was sick, as most of the vets don't properly give a reason or explanation. Treatment works also. 5 stars and highly recommended

My Harvey my Peter pan you came to the end of your journey the heart break is terrible but we was with you till the end. Everyone at Medivet was so kind we was shown so much understand and empathy I can't thank yous enough for that we was given as much time as we needed and privacy as Harvey took his last breaths. Harvey you will be so missed but I know your running free in Heaven with Nanny. Mumma love ❤️ Thank you medivet from christine and Sarah xx
