I cannot recommend Medivet South Ockendon enough for the care and customer service received. The staff go above and beyond and helped so much during an extremely and upsetting time. I cannot thank them enough.

I cannot thank the team at Medivet Ockendon enough for the care they have given to our cat Woody following his fractured pelvis. Everyone is so warm, friendly and welcoming and they really do treat both of our cats as if they were their own.
Alex in particular has been amazing. She is so caring, compassionate and empathetic. She always takes the time to put my mind at ease which means so much in such a stressful situation. I was especially touched that she called the next day to check in on Woody.
Also, a big thank you to Harriet for handling my claim. She has been fantastic and so supportive throughout.
