Medivet Southfields are always extremely attentive and helpful when seeing our dog. He is reactive and they always handle him so well and find ways to calm him down during and before the appointment. Incredible.

Vets and staff are great but the company is greedy. They are putting profit and dividends before animals, which is not what the vets and staff trained for. The company should be ashamed of themselves and think of the animals.

Unfortunately I don’t have much luck with Medvet Southfields. The vets are nice, but the male receptionist made me cry twice with his lack on empathy. I will be looking for a new vet clinic that cares about their animals not just profit.

A cat with a known urinary tract issue to them for the last 5 years, they said they couldn't see our cat as they were too busy, as they and all cat owners know, a blocked cat is life threatening if not actioned swiftly. Went to another veterinary clinic with a much better understanding and are clearly more interested in the well-being of an animal and took our cat in immediately and administered the necessary pain relief and medication in no time!

More interested in booking in a new client than passing the right information. I only booked with them after categorically being told in person that it was ok for my cat to get rabbies and annual vaccine at same time. I literally went there in person and waited until the nurse could check in with the vet so that I can make my travel arrangements On the day of the appointment the vet said it wasn't possible to give both vaccines. Thank Goddess I no longer needed to fly my Kitty out of the country otherwise I would have been left in a really really awkward place. I was also given 2 different prices for the annual vaccine - one on the initial phone and then paid more than double on the day.
