Incredibly sensitive and compassionate staff. Treated our boy like their own and supported us and him through the end of his life with care and love. The team clearly care about every pet that comes through their door and provides a really personal service. The card that came a few days later really made us appreciate the care we all received. Have had my 11 month old cat registered at Medivet St Albans since we got her as a rescue. Have found every member of staff really approachable and supportive, including through a tricky post-spay recovery where my kitten required a lot of aftercare. 10/10, very glad to be registered there

Amazing vet! Our cat recently got diagnosed with cancer and had to have a leg amputated, they really reassured me throughout the whole process and gave me updates on how he was doing while he was there for the surgery. All the staff are really friendly and give my cat lots of attention when he comes in.
