Paval probably saved Monty's life. He was calm and caring throughout and clearly really cared about Monty - his state of mind as well as his physical health. He listened very carefully to everything I told him and applied the knowledge, stayed late on Saturday so that he could update me on Monty's progress when I arrived, and 'phoned to ask how Monty was doing the day after we got home. He was also really careful not to jump in too quickly with unnecessary interventions, and he helped keep me calm too. I cannot rate him highly enough. Thank you Paval, also Henrique and the rest of the team who cared for Monty when he was really ill.

Superb first visit to this practice. They organised anti-biotics for my cat Teddy when my usual branch had run out. I was very impressed with the friendliness and customer service. Thanks to all the team in Twickenham.

Very friendly staff clean and dedicated people.The cherry 🍒 on the cake is Enrique,very good Vet caring,professional and passionate. My Lexi, she is always stressed to come to the clinic but Enrique has a very gentle mannered way to make her feel relax. I recommend the Clinic to anyone!!

I moved to MediVet a couple of years ago, and have always found their team to be excellent. Pricing is transparent and reasonable, and unlike my last practice, it is easy to get through and to organise appointments. Our cat was at an advanced age when she joined the service. Enric and the rest of the team have always given pragmatic advice, which considered Quality of Life for both the pet and the owner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Twickenham team to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional service.
