Meet our Partner, Enric Pallarols Arimany
I’m Enric and I grew up in the countryside in Spain surrounded by nature. I always felt connected to the animals and wanted to help them, so I decided to become a vet. My dream came true when I graduated in 2013 from Universitat Autonoma of Barcelona. I gathered invaluable experience working in a 24h hospital in Barcelona for one year, dealing with all kinds of emergencies. Then I moved to London with my fiancée, which was another dream that we had for a very long time. Medivet was the place where I started my career in the UK: I have worked in different branches as a vet, lead vet and in 2019 I became the branch partner at Medivet Twickenham. I love living in this area and feel proud to be providing veterinary services for the local people and their pets. At home my partner and I rescued two guinea pigs, Hendrix and Tokyo, and surprisingly a baby sparrow (next time you see me ask me about this lovely story!). Since moving to the UK I have completed an extra qualification – the GP certificate in Small Animal Medicine. I also love performing surgical procedures as well. My lovely team and I are able to provide comprehensive imaging techniques to best diagnose your pet, including digital x-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans and MRI when necessary. I personally have a special interest in the management of arthritis and regenerative therapies and at Twickenham we offer PRP (Plasma Rich in Platelets) which helps arthritic pets immensely. Since being at Medivet Twickenham, I have met amazing people and their pets who make my love for my job increase every single day.

Been with them a few years now. Very helpful and friendly. Good back up service making sure we book check ups. Our cat hates the trip and gets very distressed in a car but they are very helpful and supportive when we get there. They also offered good coaching advice for first time pet owners. Would highly recommend them.

Paval probably saved Monty's life. He was calm and caring throughout and clearly really cared about Monty - his state of mind as well as his physical health. He listened very carefully to everything I told him and applied the knowledge, stayed late on Saturday so that he could update me on Monty's progress when I arrived, and 'phoned to ask how Monty was doing the day after we got home. He was also really careful not to jump in too quickly with unnecessary interventions, and he helped keep me calm too. I cannot rate him highly enough. Thank you Paval, also Henrique and the rest of the team who cared for Monty when he was really ill.

We were with another with our previous German shepherd so naturally we went back to them with our new puppy. After 2 visits and a delay in medication we spoke to Millie at medivet and today we met Enrique the vet. There was no rush and he took his time with our very nervous GSD puppy(barking, snapping & snarling). A truly warming experience and I highly recommend these guys. We was told to keep bringing him in to get treats so he realises this is a good place.

Enrico was amazing. Fantastic service - he kindly saw our dog as an emergency on opening the practice in the morning & was able to treat her for a tick bite/ infection before we were going away later the same morning which was a relief

This veterinary clinic and its staff are genuinely so warm, friendly, and always ready to help with even the smallest concerns. Whenever we want to book an appointment, they assist us immediately without any hassle. A special shout-out to our absolute favorite vet, Enric, who was nominated for the 2025 Petplan Vet of the Year! We truly value his keen observations and recommendations, and we trust his expertise completely. If you are looking for a caring, professional, and reliable clinic for your pets, this is the place to go!
