Can’t fault the service we get from Vet Maegan and the two lovely ladies on reception at Uppermill Medivet. The staff are kind and welcoming: our dog Caitie looks forward to her annual visits ???? Maegan is very caring and professional. During yesterday’s appointment she spent time giving us reassuring, practical advice. Thanks to the Uppermill team!

I have always seen Ian McConnell with my cats, and was so upset when Ian left. Having visited the Uppermill practice with my very loved cat Milly, I was so happy to find the really lovely, calm, gentle and professional vet Maegan Hester. Maegan is perfect, she makes my very nervous and anxious cat so calm, and she can do anything with her. We have nicknamed her the animal whisperer. Please don't leave or move on Maegan, we think you are wonderful, and more importantly so does Milly. Xx

Lovely practice. Arrived earlier than appointment time, and was seen earlier than expected. The vet was brilliant with both my kittens. My only gripe is the costs. It would be good to have a full list of prices on their website/page. The fact there isn't should have been a red flag, but this practice is more convenient than others, wished I would have asked about prices before booking. I'm now looking for a cheaper alternative for my pets. Will keep their next vaccination appointment as I've already paid for this in advance due to it being cheaper to do that.

Brilliant place to take your pet. Megan the vet has so much patience and the receptionists both Ann and Charley are so helpful.
