I am so grateful to be able to visit your Uppermill branch because I have a very reactive dog and we have a well oiled routine now and I appreciate so much the care and understanding Meagan and Anne show us.

Our original appointment at your main surgery was cancelled due to the vet being off sick. We were given an appointment at your surgery at Uppermill instead. We do appreciate this and we got the prescription we urgently needed to get our cat his medication. However we know that we will have to book another appointment at Mossley so that a full check up with blood tests can be carried out. We will therefore pay for two examinations plus the blood tests costs.
