Attended on Saturday to put my poor boy to sleep. The staff were so caring and gentle and I know he felt safe and loved when he passed away. Thanks to all including the receptionist who supplied us with a lovely keepsake of Jackson’s paw print 🐾

We were very grateful that the vet administered the flea & worming treatment while there as it saves us a lot of stress. The receptionist got straight on to PetPlan & has gained authorisation for our boy's treatment, without us having to lift a finger - what more could we ask? All staff always friendly & helpful

Dreadful experience with Medivet today, and not for the first time so this is the last straw and won’t be taking my pets there ever again. Time wasters. Had my pets booked in for months for their vaccinations, they send me texts yesterday to confirm/remind about the appointments, then turn up today to find they’ve had no vet in all week so no one can do anything. Absolute joke. My pets are old and find it very stressful going to the vets so am very annoyed with them. This is not the first time this has happened. Receptionist was extremely rude and couldn’t care less, sat there smirking like it was funny. Not exactly hard is it to to call everyone who has appointments all week and cancel?! DISGRACE! Have now moved over to another practice despite being a customer for many years. Medivet has become unreliable and unprofessional so they won’t be benefiting from my custom any longer. AVOID!!

Have to say I’m extremely disappointed with Medivet. My dog eat something (on a Sunday) whilst I know the practice is closed I wanted some advice. After trying for over two hours with one call waiting for an hour and ten mins before the line just hung up I gave up trying. Luckily my dog was fine,, however if she had eaten something toxic I dread to think what would of happened as I wouldn’t of known where to go.

Our dog ate an Easter egg which was obviously very scary for us. I rang Medivet and was greeted by a friendly and competent receptionist who knew exactly what details to take and made sure to double check with the vet. Thankfully our Charlie will be fine, if a bit guilty looking! They really made us feel supported in a frightening experience. Thank you
