The receptionist were polite and friendly and the vet was polite and friendly and all the staff new about my German shepherd gets stressed and nervous and he doesn’t like other animals we always put a muzzle on him for his and other animals safety but every time we visit we always get treated to the highest polite and kindness if there is one thing the surgery could do is one of the consultant rooms nearest the car park they could put a door on so people with animals who have anxiety stressed and don’t like other animals they could stay out side in the car and wait for the vet to open the door call there name and wouldn’t have to go in to the surgery where other animals are thanks
