I qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon in 2016 at the University of Lisbon and since then I’ve worked in very busy 24-hour hospitals before settling here in Welwyn Garden City. I love solving medical puzzles and have a special interest in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Emergency and Critical Care, and Ultrasound. I became Partner here because this clinic means a lot to me. I want to grow a place where pets and their owners feel supported and cared for, with a true family vet you can rely on throughout your pet’s whole life. Outside of work, I love travelling and spending time with my family and friends. If I’m not working, I’m probably out walking my old boy Gaspar, my Golden Retriever. He’s 13 now, a little slower these days, but he still brings so much joy and reminds me every day why I love what I do.

Best vets around! Completely trust them with our two cats. All staff are polite and getting an appointment is very straightforward. Would highly recommend.

Although I pay per year, I think £55.80 just for the consultation which isn't included is expensive

I visited the vet yesterday and had a very good experience. The staff were kind, professional, and explained everything clearly. My dog was treated with care, and I’m very happy with the service..

My Rottweiler really enjoys coming to see the vet, because despite her size and breed she is treated amazingly!! Xena especially enjoys receiving the treats when she is being checked over or attending for her yearly booster.
