Meet our Partner, Hannah Zheng
I qualified in 2015 from the University of Cambridge and have been part of Medivet since then. I’ve been a Partner at Medivet West Byfleet since September 2017. I have a keen interest in veterinary dentistry and endocrinology. In my spare time I enjoy yoga and spending time with my husband and little boy. I also have a ginger cat named Keith, who we rescued six years ago.

We may use secure digital tools, including third-party providers, to support clinical note-taking and record-keeping. In some cases, this may include AI-assisted transcription tools used during consultations to help our clinicians maintain accurate records and focus on patient care. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with data protection laws. These tools may be used in selected clinics where we are trialling new ways to improve care.

Couldn’t recommend more. All staff are friendly, professional and empathetic. Particularly Hannah who has been brilliant with my reactive dog and Amani who is always so accommodating and friendly. I would not go anywhere else, thank you for being such a lovely practice

It was obvious that Hannah wants to give the best support to our cat. Listened to the answers and gave options along with costs. Her confidence was great and such a different response to looking at our cat's health than a different practice we used for the annual booster 3 months ago. We have only had excellent care when using this Medivet practice.

The staff were very efficient and compassionate and the vet was amazing. Care was taken 5p explain everything. They clearly love animals.

I strongly approve of the current vet and receptionist. The service was very good. The only reason I gave an 8 as opposed to a 10 is that I think corporate practises are quite a lot more expensive than independent practises (and sometimes not as transparent in their pricing) although on the other hand corporate practices may offer some advanced facilities not available to independent practises.

Unfortunately it took 3 attempts to get blood from Stella so it’s going to be difficult getting her to go back to vets next time. I know it was unfortunate but she’s stressed enough going to the vets and now we will struggle to get her back again

Charged £24 for nail trimming for my dog despite only the front paws being trimmed and being asked to help by getting on the floor with him and holding him down.
